Welcome to my ATC 365 Project! It all started on October 30, 2006 after reading an article in Cloth Paper Scissors about an artist who made a little book each day for a year. She believed it was important to make art each day. I do too!
I liked the idea as I was looking for a nudge to get back into the swing of producing artwork on a regular basis. My interest in ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) seemed to be a great jumping off point. They are small, can be made of almost any medium and can be produced in a short amount of time. So I made one card each day for a year.
I made them in my studio, my TV room and on my deck. I made them on the beach and on an airplane. I made them in the US, in Canada and in Italy. I made them of paper, metal, fabric and plastic. I made them, one card each day for a year. Not a big deal in the scope of things. But it was a challenge I made to myself and I did it.
As soon as I get them scanned I will share them here. Thanks.
